Over 105,000sqft of class 4 offices and 160,000sqft of class 5 accommodation has been delivered over the last four years and construction is scheduled to commence on the next phase of warehouse facilities (110,000sqft) early next year.
The policy of continuing investment and the availability of modern flexible office accommodation has transforming this former industrial location.
Outline planning consent has also been secured for the M8 frontage. This mixed use scheme comprises 375,000sqft of class 4 offices and 210,000sqft of high office content class 5 facilities at J26 on the M8 corridor. Detailed Planning Consent was granted for the first two buildings earlier this year. The road and infrastructure contract is scheduled for completion later this year.
